Constance “Connie” Fauver Anderson is a seasoned advancement professional with over 35 years of experience in high-revenue engagements for a variety of non-profit and faith-based organizations and broadcast media. Key areas of expertise include Donor Acquisition Strategies, Special Events Management, Corporate and Vendor sponsorships, and Team Building, Leadership and Training.
A native Louisianan, Connie began her professional career in educational and commercial television and free-lance film-writing and producing. As a mission advancement specialist, she has worked for more than 30 years with schools, diocesan offices, community non-profits, a local university, and a hospital foundation. Currently, she is the Director for Donor Relations, Southeast Louisiana Division, Evergreen Life Services, a faith-based nonprofit, now in 8 states, which grew from a Presbyterian ministry to serve the needs of persons with disabilities. Evergreen is still affiliated with the Presbyterian Church USA.
Connie received a B.S. in Speech Education and an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology from Louisiana State University (Baton Rouge, LA) and has coursework in Catholic Theology from St. Joseph’s Seminary (St. Benedict, LA) and the University of Holy Cross (New Orleans, LA). She also taken numerous fundraising and grant writing courses.
Her professional memberships include the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Catholic Medical Association (Friend), Louisiana Association of Non-Profits (LANO), Partnership for Philanthropic Planning (past member), and The Nonprofit Technology Enterprise Network (NTEN).
In addition, she has been an active leader in community and church service, including helping Catholic Radio get started in Baton Rouge by creating their first case statement and entering donor data.
